TacMed Triage Slap Bands
Triage slap bands are colour-coded identification bands used in mass-casualty incidents for rapid-application and assignment of Ten Second Triage (TST) categories. The system for prioritising patients, assists with the First Response efforts to reduce the care time for the injured to receive treatment. The bands are made to NHS guidance on size and colour (300 mm x 50 mm) and the reflective design ensures high visibility in various lighting conditions, including low-light environments.
