The "T-ER2" configuration is a highly capable production layout designed to deliver a complete, high-end finished edge straight off the conveyor line. The standard sequence of stations for an SCM Olimpic K 560 T-ER2 includes: Pre-Milling Unit (T): Features twin counter-rotating diamond cutter heads to trim and square up the edge of your panels, eliminating chipping from the main panel saw prior to applying glue. Anti-Adhesive Unit (Pre-spray): Applies a release agent fluid to prevent squeeze-out glue from sticking to the panel surfaces. Gluing & Edge Feeding Station: Hot-melt glue pot system (EVA) paired with a heavy-duty roller pressure zone to press coil or solid wood strips onto the panel edge. End Trimming Saw Station: Front and rear independent high-speed saw motors running on linear guides to cleanly cut off the overhanging front and back edges. Top & Bottom Flush/Radius Trimming Unit: High-frequency motors with profile cutters to clean off the top and bottom edge overhanging thickness (can be adjusted for flush, bevel, or radius milling).
