Passionfruit Curd
Fresh WA passionfruit pulp, Aussie butter and pasture-raised eggs from Little Farm Eggs in Pingelly, made into a rich, creamy curd with the seeds left in for a bit of crunch. Tangy, tropical and very hard to stop eating. How to use it: Dollop it over yoghurt, spread it on cupcakes, pile it onto a pavlova for a dessert in five minutes, or fold it through whipped cream. Small-batch, gluten-free and made without preservatives. Made in WA. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
