The 2025 Ronc Laris Friuli Pinot Grigio DOC is a vibrant and expressive white wine from Italy's Friuli region, crafted by Tenimenti Civa. This Pinot Grigio showcases the region's unique terroir, characterized by marl and sandstone flysch soils, locally known as "Ponca," and vineyards with south to southwest exposure. Harvested in early September during the coolest hours of the day, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, preserving the wine's aromatic integrity. In the glass, it presents a pale lemon color with amber reflections. The nose offers an intense bouquet of citrus notes, apricot, and linden flowers. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-balanced, featuring flavors of ripe cherries, golden apple, and mango, complemented by a pleasant sapidity and a soft finish.
