You choose the dishes. Pick up to 3 starters, up to 2 main dishes, 2 sides and up to 3 desserts from our Thanksgiving menu, from roast turkey with cranberry and gravy to pumpkin canapés and pecan tarts. A few premium choices carry a small supplement per guest, shown next to each option. What's Included Every Thanksgiving buffet package includes: Starters: 3 portions per guest (1 portion = 1 item or 60g) Main dishes: 300g per guest Sides: 200g per guest Desserts: 3 portions per guest (1 portion = 1 item or 60g) Food labels, napkins and serving tongs. Optional Upgrades Add a staff member to help with service for up to 4 hours, with an upgrade from stainless steel trays to food warmers, for HKD 1,700. Or add a chef to carve the turkey on site for up to 4 hours, for HKD 2,500. Festive Delivery Across Hong Kong Two delivery options are available: Delivery in disposable containers: cold food in cardboard trays, hot food in foil trays.
