Farmed biodynamically, the 2020 is fermented and aged in oak before being bottled without dosage, allowing the vineyard and variety to speak with remarkable clarity. Vinous and mineral-driven, the palate combines ripe orchard fruit and citrus with subtle spice, saline minerality and a fine savoury edge. Precise and energetic, this is a wonderfully distinctive expression of Pinot Meunier.
