cFluor^® UV610 Anti-Human CD23 (EBVCS-5)

The mouse monoclonal antibody clone EBVCS-5 binds to human CD23, also known as the low-affinity IgE receptor (FceRII), a 45 kDa type II transmembrane protein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed on most B cells and is upregulated upon activation. It is also present on mantle zone B cells, eosinophils, monocytes, and a subset of T cells and platelets. CD23 plays a role in B cell development and differentiation and also functions to regulate IgE production. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. Please briefly centrifuge the reagent vial before use.
