Calamansi Crush

This is real juices, herbs and botanicals steeped together, lightly carbonated and sweetened with a touch of agave. This is a dream half remembered. Sunshine through an open window. Music on the wind. What would you call it? Light and refreshing citrus on the nose, with calamansi lending delicate notes of lime and mandarin on the palate. Sweeter notes of blood orange pair beautifully with warm and peppery star anise for a complex and lively finish. Refreshingly light and not too sweet.
