Single Cultivar Imperial Aichi Batch 006

Imperial Aichi joins our Imperial collection from Aichi, one of Japan's most established matcha-producing regions. Blended from three complementary cultivars -- Okumidori, Saeakari, and Tsuyuhikari -- it was processed and refined by our partner factory in Nishio from 100% first-flush, stone milled tencha. The result is elegance in a bowl: a vibrant green that whisks light, smooth, and gently sweet, with delicate floral and citrus notes and no bitterness to speak of. It's the approachable one -- clean, refined, and endlessly easy to drink -- and it's just as at home in a silky latte as it is whisked into a quiet bowl of usucha or koicha, behind the counter or in a moment of your own.
