Florian's farm, El Pepino, is at the top of the collective property/hamlet and planted with coffee amidst vegetables like yucca and sweet potato and maybe cucumbers ?!?! (Pepino). Regardless, this year's harvest of caturra, pache, and bourbon is very sweet with yellow plum, pie crust, and butter cream.
