Lot of 2 German Rotary Light Switches Bakelite Housing

Lot of 2 used but decent original German rotary light switches made from Bakelite and porcelain. The one Bakelite housing has some chunks taken out. One of these chips is the area where the housing was designed to break away to accommodate the wiring, although the execution was a little sloppy. The other chip is just a chip on the side. These are designed for electric installed on the surface of the wall rather than inside the wall, call Aufputz as opposed to unterputz. This is similar to what we would call knob and tube but more of an updated version. Our house in Germany actually still has these in most of the rooms. There is something very satisfying about the rotary switch. These could be a great thing to incorporate into your next bunker remodel. The switches are from different manufacturers. One is Siemens, not sure about the other.
