SaunaLife E8G 6-Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna | Ergo Model E8G

Description SaunaLife E8G: 6 Person Barrel Sauna with Full Glass Front The SaunaLife E8G Outdoor Barrel Sauna brings the spacious proportions and ergonomic comfort of the ERGO-Series E8 together with an expansive full-glass front wall. Designed for up to six bathers, the E8G creates an elevated outdoor sauna experience with natural light, open views, and the warm character of a traditional Thermo-Spruce barrel sauna. Full-height bronzed tempered-glass sidelights combine with the matching tempered-glass door to create a striking, panoramic front wall. The result is a brighter, more open interior that helps your sauna feel connected to the landscape around it—without losing the intimacy of a true outdoor sauna retreat. With a generous 6'5" interior height, smooth Thermo-Aspen seating, thick Thermo-Spruce barrel staves, and thoughtful weather-management details, the E8G is designed to be a lasting destination for shared wellness at home. A Full-Glass View of the Outdoors The E8G is distinguished by its full front glass wall. Bronzed, full-height tempered-glass sidelights and a matching tempered-glass door welcome daylight into the sauna and create a dramatic connection between the warm interior and your backyard surroundings. The glass front brings a more spacious, open feeling to the barrel without compromising its traditional appeal. Whether facing a garden, pool area, forest, or private outdoor retreat, the E8G allows the view to become part of your sauna ritual. Ergonomic Comfort for Up to Six The SaunaLife E8G uses the larger-diameter ERGO-Series barrel design to create a more comfortable sauna environment for up to six bathers. Its spacious 6'5" interior height and generous barrel profile allow for easier entry, greater freedom to stand upright, and a more natural seated position than smaller barrel saunas. Contoured, knot-free Thermo-Aspen benches and an arched backrest are designed to support a relaxed posture during longer sessions. The smooth, premium seating material offers a warm visual contrast to the Thermo-Spruce barrel and helps make the E8G equally suited for quiet everyday use or shared sauna gatherings. Thermo-Spruce Built to Last Outdoors The E8G is built from thick, full-length Thermo-Spruce staves that deliver strength, thermal resistance, and reliable stability in changing outdoor conditions. This heat-treated, chemical-free wood is naturally suited to sauna environments and is selected for its durability, low-maintenance character, and rich golden appearance. Heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands compress the structure securely, while the included black shingle roof kit and side-mounted drip edge help manage rainwater. Dual floor drains—one beneath the heater area and one near the door—help the sauna manage water from steam bathing, cold plunges, and everyday outdoor use. Lighting for Every Sauna Session The E8G includes SaunaLife’s dotless white LED light system, designed to create an even, inviting glow throughout the sauna. Its low-voltage, heat- and water-rated lighting components are controlled through the Wi-Fi app or the included handheld remote. The system is expandable to support up to four compatible white LED light sources. Optional E SCONCE+ exterior lights and the E MOOD lighting package offer additional ways to personalize the atmosphere surrounding your outdoor sauna. Designed for a Lasting Backyard Retreat With its warm Thermo-Spruce exterior, expansive bronzed glass front, smooth Thermo-Aspen interior, and intentional water-management details, the E8G is designed to make outdoor sauna ownership feel more refined. A bottle of paraffin oil is included to help enrich and preserve the natural luster of the interior wood. The E8G is engineered for a straightforward two-person DIY installation on a properly prepared, level foundation. Pair it with a properly sized electric or wood-fired sauna heater to create an outdoor wellness ritual that feels personal, enduring, and connected to your home.
