Centralized Power with Smart UPS Battery Backup This power supply box provides a centralized 12V DC power solution for up to 4 security cameras or access control devices. It features an integrated UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) circuit with pre-wired red and black spade terminals. By adding a standard 12V sealed lead-acid (SLA) battery inside the enclosure, the system will automatically switch to battery power during a mains failure. The smart battery management system automatically charges the backup battery when AC power is active and stops charging when full to prevent overcharging and extend battery life. 4 Individually Fused Channels for System Safety Every output channel is protected by its own PTC auto-reset fuse and monitored by a dedicated red LED indicator. If one camera experiences a short circuit or power surge, only that specific channel's fuse will trip, leaving the other 3 cameras fully operational. Once the fault is cleared, the PTC fuse automatically resets itself without needing replacement. The LED indicators allow technicians to instantly identify which channel is experiencing an issue just by glancing inside the box. Technician Tip Wiring this box is incredibly straightforward: the terminal block is arranged with the Top row for Positive (+) and the Bottom row for Negative (-). To ensure long-term reliability, never max out the 5A capacity; we recommend keeping your total continuous load under 4A (leaving a 20% headroom). The internal dimensions (23.2 x 18.6 x 7.3 cm) are perfectly sized to house a standard 12V 7Ah SLA battery (not included).
