FACIAL PRESSURE POINTS, SINUS MASSAGE & GUIDED REST Explore a gentle evening ritual for areas where facial and sinus pressure commonly gathers. We begin with calming breath and gentle movements for the shoulders, neck and upper back. After applying a small amount of facial oil, you will be guided through pressure points and slow massage across the brows, around the orbital bones, beside the nose, beneath the cheekbones and towards the ears. The massage includes selected facial marma points and finishes with a supported resting pose, slow breathing and guided relaxation. Breathe Easy Oil will be featured during this workshop. Its aromatic botanical blend is suitable for external massage around the brow, nose and facial marma areas. You may also use another suitable facial oil you already own. WHAT WE WILL DO · Calming breath and gentle upper-body movement · Application of facial oil · Guided facial pressure points · Massage around the brow, nose and cheekbones · Introduction to selected facial marma points · Supported rest and guided relaxation WHAT TO PREPARE · Clean hands and a clean face · Breathe Easy Oil or another suitable facial oil · A headband or towel if desired · Yoga mat or bed · Pillows or cushions · Blanket Only a small amount of oil is required. If using a product for the first time, please patch test it before the workshop. All oil application during this event is external; avoid direct contact with the eyes and do not apply oil inside the nostrils.
