Each sheet is hand-crafted by women artisans in the Godavari region from delicate Jaya rice sheets, keeping alive a traditional, GI-tagged recipe.The jaggery lends a deep, earthy sweetness that pairs beautifully with the crunch of dry fruits and the richness of pure ghee. The rice paper layers are thin and crisp, melting gently with every bite, while the dry fruits add texture and bite to the soft, flaky sweetness.
