The 30-day routine Wash: two or three times a week, in the shower. Washing every day can strip sensitive skin, so give it rest days. Work the Beard Wash down to the skin and rinse fully. Condition: every time you wash. Apply, leave on for one to two minutes, then rinse. Roll: two or three evenings a week, on clean, dry skin. Skip it on any day your skin feels raw.
