Mölnlycke Z-Flo™ 1401011 is a medium adult fluidized positioner, 16" W x 30" L. The interior is a fluidized medium of viscous fluid, microspheres, and polyethylene beads inside a polyurethane film cover. Mold it by hand to support the patient and redistribute pressure. Sold each. How it works Remove the positioner from the transparent plastic bag. Always keep a positioner cover or linen between the patient’s skin and the positioner. Place the positioner under the patient in the needed location. Gently mold it toward the body to hold the desired position and help redistribute pressure. It can be shaped around medical equipment or for airway clearance. Re-mold as clinical needs change. Discard and replace if it no longer holds shape.
