This coffee comes from smallholder farms in the Banko Gotiti area in the southern Gedeo Zone, also known as Yirgacheffe, where some of Ethiopia’s most complex and aromatic naturals come from year after year. Whereas naturals from this area are typically dried on raised beds immediately after picking, this Supernatural underwent an additional 24-hour cold fermentation before sundrying.
