The Macallan partners once again with Jordi Roca, pastry chef of three-Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca, to craft a distinctive single malt designed to complement fine desserts. Its natural coconut character stems from sherry seasoned American oak casks, specially selected for high levels of oak lactones that impart sweet coconut and vanilla notes. Finessed with bourbon casks, it breaks away from traditional heavy sherry profiles to deliver vibrant, zesty lime freshness. Outstanding enjoyed neat or paired with fruit tarts and fine desserts.
