The Old EIght Cut refers to a diamond cut dating back to the 1400s using simple tools and few cuts to enhance the natural brilliance of the stone without disguising its true nature. The 2025 vintage started with early budbreak and consistently warm temperatures through the season. Despite a compressed harvest, our collection of Chardonnay vineyards remained beautifully high in acid and in some cases were left to hang after their Pinot Noir countrparts. The 2025 Chardonnays are filled with wild citrus, stone fruit, and brilliant salinity. 80% volcanic and 20% marine sedimentary soils. 13% ABV
