COACHING AGREEMENT The Elevated Beauty CEO – 8 Week Coaching Program This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Jaels Beauty Academy (“Coach”) and the undersigned participant (“Client”). By enrolling in The Elevated Beauty CEO – 8 Week Coaching Program, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions. 1. Program Overview The Coach agrees to provide an 8-week business coaching experience designed for beauty professionals who want to make the most money in the least amount of time by elevating pricing, systems, structure, and CEO-level decision making. The program focuses on: Premium pricing and service structure Luxury client experience Business systems and automation Time freedom and income scalability What You’ll Learn Over 8 Weeks ✔ How to charge premium prices with confidence ✔ How to design a service menu that maximizes income per hour ✔ How to attract respectful, high-paying clients ✔ How to set up systems that save time and reduce stress ✔ How to market with authority instead of chasing ✔ How to create sustainable income and time freedom The 8-Week Breakdown Week 1: CEO Identity & Money Standards Week 2: Profitable Service Menu & Pricing Week 3: Luxury Client Experience Week 4: Systems That Save Time Week 5: Marketing for Premium Clients Week 6: Content That Converts Week 7: Time Freedom & Scaling Week 8: Integration & 90-Day Growth Plan 2. Coaching & Investment ✨ VIP 1:1 Coaching Eight (8) private weekly coaching sessions Direct guidance tailored to Client’s business Access to client portal, worksheets, and materials Priority communication support during program Investment: Full Payment of $ 900 Discounted Rate From $1000 3. Payment Terms All payments are due according to the selected payment plan. Payment plans are automatically charged every 30 days after the first payment. Client agrees that: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable Full payment is required regardless of attendance, participation, or completion Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access 4. Refund & Chargeback Policy Due to immediate access to digital materials, coaching time, and proprietary information, no refunds or chargebacks are permitted under any circumstances. By enrolling, Client agrees not to dispute charges with their financial institution. 5. Failed Payments If a payment attempt fails: Client will be notified via email and/or SMS Client has 3 business days to resolve payment Access may be paused after 7 days Continued non-payment may result in termination of access 6. Client Responsibility Client agrees to: Attend scheduled sessions on time Complete assigned work and reflections Communicate respectfully and professionally Take full responsibility for implementation and results Coach does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. 7. Confidentiality All business and personal information shared during coaching will remain confidential. Client agrees not to record, share, or distribute any program materials or sessions. 8. Intellectual Property All materials, templates, worksheets, recordings, and training content are the intellectual property of Jaels Beauty Academy and may not be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed without written consent. 9. Termination Jaels Beauty Academy reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for: Non-payment Violation of confidentiality Disrespectful or unethical behavior No refunds will be issued upon termination. 10. Agreement Term This Agreement is valid for the 8-week duration of the program and any applicable payment period. 110 · Acknowledgment & Signatures By purchasing below, both parties agree to all terms of this Agreement.
