Replacement Reel Spool — Rebuild the Reel Instead of Replacing It The spool is the part of a fence reel that takes the load. Wound tight, dropped off a quad, dragged across a gateway and wound again — it is the component that cracks first, and a cracked spool takes a working reel out of service. This is the replacement spool. Strainrite builds it as a one-piece moulding in high-impact UV-resistant polymer, self-insulated so it will not short a live conductor to the reel frame, with reinforced fins for spool strength. Capacity is roughly 500m of polywire or 200m of polytape. Features One-Piece Moulded Construction No seams or joins to split under a tightly wound load.
