Sometimes, you may even receive a coffee before its official release. Shipping Method EMS Frequently Asked Questions ▶ Delivery Can I change my delivery date? You can change your next order date through My Page. Can I skip a month? You can skip your next delivery. Adjust your deliveries to suit how much coffee you use. ▶ Coffee Can I choose the coffees I receive? Our roasters select three different coffees for each delivery. Specific coffees cannot be requested. How do I switch to an espresso roast? You can make this change through My Page. Your coffee will be replaced with one of our currently available espresso coffees. If you switch two or more bags to espresso roast, you may receive multiple bags of the same coffee in a single delivery. Can I change the grind? You can change it through My Page. Choose from whole beans, ground for filter, ground for French press, or ground for espresso. *To request different grinds for the three bags, please leave a note with your order or contact us through the contact form. ▶ Your Subscription What is the minimum commitment? We ask that you continue your subscription for at least three deliveries. Can I change my plan? You can switch to another plan at any time during your subscription. Can I cancel my subscription? Once you have received three deliveries, you can cancel through My Page. When will my first delivery arrive? Orders are dispatched in turn after they are placed.
