MCM Selig L-Shaped Sectional Sofa Playpen Style, Iconic Camel Velvet

Elevate your space with this stunning, authentic 1970s Milo Baughman style L-shaped sectional sofa manufactured by Selig. A true mid-century modern masterpiece, this couch perfectly captures the low-slung, ultra-comfortable "conversation pit" or "playpen" aesthetic of the era. Crafted with premium solid hardwood framing (oak and maple), high quality springs, high-density polyurethane cores, this is a heavy, beautifully engineered statement piece built to last another 50 years. Excellent vintage condition. The frame is structurally rock-solid, the cushions remain incredibly plump, resilient, and supportive. Upholstery is gorgeous original camel/tan velour velvet. The fabric is clean with some vintage character: localized, natural sun-bleaching/ pile crushing on the top surfaces of the seat cushions (a beautiful, authentic patina common for 50-year-old velvet). A few of envelope-tufted seat cushions with central button detailing had some tears, so we flipped them as can be seen in photos. Approximate dimensions: Two 3 seater sofa is L 93", 2 seater is L 62". Depth is 31"( 21" with the back cushion in place). Back height is H 25", and seats are SH 14.5". Priced for a quick sale!
