SANDY Like the PEE-WEE model, this model is a reconstruction of MADE IN U.S.A shoelaces from PRO KEDS in the 80s, sampled and remade in Japan, replacing the acrylic material of that time with cotton. Compared to acrylic, cotton has an aura full of the elegance unique to natural materials. When you touch it, the difference is obvious. SANDY is very compatible with high-tech running sneakers, but surprisingly, it also matches very well with work shoes like Red Wing's Irish Setter. Vincent Shoelaces was born from a male and female duo from Kyoto. The two came across a very nice shoelace at an antique shop, and upon investigation, found that it was American-made from the 1950s. However, unfortunately, the shoelace was too short and not long enough to be used, which was the impetus for the two to choose the path of creating shoelaces they wished existed. Shoelaces can greatly influence the impression of a shoe. Vincent Shoelaces considers shoelaces to be like a hairstyle for humans, and places importance on quality, consistently creating them in Japan from material selection to finishing. We repeatedly create samples until we are satisfied with the shoelaces we wish existed, and only release the ones we truly like. If you've been wearing your favorite shoes for a long time and they've gotten dirty and lost their luster, try replacing them with Vincent Shoelaces. We believe they will make your heart beat even faster than when you first encountered those shoes. The box containing the product is an original pasted box, individually crafted by artisans in downtown Tokyo, featuring linen-embossed processed paper with foil stamping. The design is perfect for gifting as is.
