STYLE: Rye peppercorn ale PERCENTAGE: 5.3% La Route des spices is a rye beer to which black and green pepper are added during brewing. Its flavors of malt and fresh cereals are accompanied by notes of fruit and caramel. Everything is enhanced by a peppery finish which leaves a pleasant spicy sensation on the tongue and palate.
