SuDS Greenfield Runoff Flow Calculation

The Greenfield runoff calculation estimates the peak flow rate of surface water runoff that naturally flows off an undeveloped during rainfall events. Once an application to develop the land is submitted, the Regulatory Authorities such as the Lead Local Flood Authorities, Local Planning Authorities and Water Authorities typically request the Greenfield runoff calculations which determine the flow rate for the proposed development.
