The panel is placed so the ornamental band and its olive gold edge run along the hem and up around the neck, framing the body rather than repeating across it.The neck fastens with a self-tie knotted to one side, leaving two pointed ends loose down the front. Shoulders are bare and the armholes are cut deep and open at the sides. The silk is fine and fluid, so the hem point moves as you do.
