Yin Yang Basket Danish

Inspired from the chinese philosophy, two opposite forces black and white. Basket danish filled with black sesame frangipane and baked. Layered with black sesame namelaka, walnut & black sesame praline, soy milk custard, and a mix of black sesame and mascarpone cream, topped with black sesame tuille. This product contains gluten, soy, gelatine, tree nuts, eggs and dairy.
