These also make a GREAT gift if you want to get a little Christmas shopping done early or if you know of someone who has a baby shower coming up (feel free to write "ring size TBD" in the notes if it's a gift)! Please read all of the info below carefully before ordering! This deal includes one shimmer, one specialized crushed opal enhancement, and up to 4 birth flowers. The enhancements/flowers are optional. No other enhancements besides the ones on this order form can be added onto this deal (no birthstones, etc.). This deal is for silver or vermeil BREASTMILK and FORMULA rings only. No other keepsakes can be added in for this deal.
