Beam Blast

Lime, gooseberry and juicy white grape burst straight out of the haze. This NEIPA is built on seven hits of Nelson Sauvin: mash, kettle, whirlpool, three dry hops in the tank and a final shot of Nelson Sauvin hop oil in the BBT. We used three different T90 lots, advanced hop pellets like Cryo and CGX, plus two types of hop oil to push Nelson flavor from every possible angle. Expect everything Nelson Sauvin does best: lime zest, gooseberry, white grape, tropical fuzz and a bright wine-like pop that beams straight through the haze. Best enjoyed fresh with friends!
