Championship Video Submission If you win Division Overall at the Championship, you will then compete against every other Male Division Winner (5 Total) to become the 2026 SSC Male Champion. You have already Won Overall of your division, so this video is for the SSC to pick their Champions. We want to get to know you better. Here are the requirements for your up to 2-minute video submission: 1. Name/age/where from 2. Tell us about yourself 3. "Why Me?" Why should we pick you as our 2026 Champion?! You will be representing SSC for the 2027 Competition year! You will attend SSC shows, give competitor advice, and work with SSC team to add even more value to the competitors lives through social media, and in person. You can be creative with your video, so audience and judges can see your personality, and what you will bring to the 2027 SSC Family. Competitors and SSC will split the cost of the $200 drug test. Drug Testing Policy: Our testing protocol is based on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List to ensure fairness and integrity in competition. Athletes who test positive for any substances on this list will be disqualified. View the full list of banned substances here: https://www.wada-ama.org/en/prohibited-list Judging Criteria Each Competitor will be judged in these categories: Symmetry & Proportional Balance Muscle evenness from top to bottom, side to side Muscular Development Muscle development that is nicely shaped and visible lean Well rounded deltoids Visible abdominals/obliques Visible chest Developed back & lats Development of a V-taper Visible leg development Conditioning Visible conditioning between all adjacent muscles Muscular detail Muscular visibility Lean muscle Stage Presence & Posing Practiced and polished stage routine Confidence Overall aesthetic appeal: Trunks color and fit compliments competitor Presentations PREJUDGING Individual Posing Routine Each competitor will walk to center stage and perform a 20-sec individual posing routine Mandatory Poses After each competitor completes their individual posing routine, Judges will call competitors to line up and move around center stage, and perform these Mandatory poses: Front Physique Pose- One hand on hip, and lats flared forward Rear lat spread FINALS Each competitor will pick their favorite pose and lineup on stage. Judges will be finalizing their top winners. Classes Classes will be divided after the final weigh-in & Height measurements at Check-ins. Classes will be posted backstage morning of the show. Check-ins Your Height will be measured at check-ins Have photo ID ready at the time of check-in What to Wear Posing Trunks- Any color, any style, above the knee to reveal quads Barefoot Number- side of competitors choosing Backstage Backstage passes will be sold for Coaches and Videographers at Athlete Check-ins Competitors, Staff, Coaches, & Videographers are ONLY permitted backstage and in the competitor area After the pump-up, Coaches & Videographers are not allowed in the final line-up area Competitors do not have to stay backstage the entire time of the show Overall Competition Competitors that win FIRST place will stay for the Overall round to compete for the Overall Title.
