Arhopala araxes

A medium sized royal blue-aqua mettalic butterfly from tropical Asia. This butterfly has minimal sightings. Their habitats are fairly humid and warm, often tropical. The blue on their wings is a blue-ombre ridescent, sitting atop thin black bordering wings and thin tail ends at their hindwings. A returning Arhopala species for us, make sure to grab a couple while we have them available!
