Hearty Italian Fall Dinner Wednesday, November 11, 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00PM Chef Francesca will showcase some of her best Mediterranean and Italian-style cooking—healthy whole foods, simple preparations, seasonal ingredients, and wonderfully fresh flavors. She will share her techniques, tips, and love of Italian cuisine as she prepares hearty dishes perfect for cozy autumn meals. Come cook, learn, and savor the warmth of Italy this fall! The evening will start with a variety of hearty first courses: Garbanzo and Kidney Bean Salad & Hearty Sausage Lentil Soup. Main entrees: Easy Pumpkin Gnocchi with Sage Butter Sauce & Peposo (Tuscan Red Wine Stew) with herbed Focaccia. The evening will end with a Strucolo De Pomi (traditional rolled and filled pastry) and Espresso Latte. $80 per person.
