Product Part Number EBB-100NHT Product Overview The S&P EBB-100NHT is a two-speed centrifugal extract fan designed for bathrooms, toilets, utility rooms and other domestic or light-commercial spaces where longer or more restrictive duct runs create higher system resistance. Its forward-curved centrifugal impeller delivers effective airflow against higher static pressure, making the fan suitable for demanding ducted installations where a standard axial fan may not provide sufficient performance. The unit can be installed in a surface-mounted or recessed arrangement. An integrated electronic humidistat automatically activates the fan at high speed when the room’s relative humidity rises above the selected level. The humidity threshold can be adjusted between 60% and 90% RH, allowing the fan to respond automatically to moisture generated by showering, bathing and other daily activities. Once the humidity level falls below the selected threshold, the adjustable timer keeps the fan operating at low speed for between 1 and 30 minutes. This helps clear remaining moisture and stale air before the fan switches off. The fan is factory set to activate at 60% RH with a one-minute run-on period. The EBB-100NHT also includes an automatic back-draught shutter to help prevent unwanted air entry and reduce heat loss when the fan is not operating. Integrated filters help prevent dust and dirt from entering the fan.
