This vintage promotional wine cooler was made for Domaine Laroche of Chablis, in northern Burgundy. Crafted from thick, clear glass, it has a simple cylindrical form with two squared glass handles that give the piece a clean, slightly architectural profile. The Domaine Laroche Chablis name appears to the front in a discreet black manuscript-style inscription, giving it an understated look. Originally intended for serving chilled Chablis, it remains both practical and decorative for a table, bar or drinks trolley, and could also be used as a vase for a tall bouquet. The weight and clarity of the glass give it a pleasing sense of quality, while the squared handles add a refined finishing detail.
