Clear, intense ruby in colour. Elegant fruit aromas with hints of cherry, lightly spicy. The palate is warm, rounded, balanced with strong hints of red fruit and a long finish. A harmonious wine, with excellent aging potential. Producer: Castello Tricerchi Varietals: 100% Sangiovese Vinification/Ageing: Maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C for 15 days with frequent remontage. Aged in reused barriques for 3 months then at least 1 month in bottle. Alcohol: 13%
