The body unfolds through bold, repeating circular formations filled with intricate geometric and floral-inspired Ikat motifs. Woven in warm magenta-red against the soft off-white ground, these large medallion-like forms create an expressive rhythm across the saree. Their characteristic feathered edges reveal the precision and beauty of the resist-dyed Ikat process. A broad copper-gold zari border, edged in vivid magenta-red, frames the patterned body. Its uninterrupted lustre provides a striking counterpoint to the elaborate Ikat motifs, bringing warmth, definition and a quietly festive character to the drape.
