Ester & Young Henrys 10 Year Old Rye Whisky 700ml One of a hyper-limited, rare trio of Australian whiskies released in May 2026 as a special collaboration with fellow Sydney Inner West icon, Young Henry's Brewery. The liquid originally started life at Young Henrys back in 2012 before the barrels were left to mature for nearly a decade. Felix Clark of Ester Spirits then stepped in to handle the final production stages, blending, and market release, making this the award-winning distillery's first-ever foray into the world of whisky. A ten-year-old Aussie rye, a rarity in Australian whisky, matured in French oak that once held Seppeltsfield port. Let's cut to the chase – this is a full-on whisky. Ridiculously delicious, long, generous and unapologetically Australian. Orchard fruits, chewy caramel and warm spice, everything a rye should be. Serious structured and layered, yet so indulgent it's an absolute joy to drink. Tasting notes: Red plums, apricot, and sun-warmed peach with dark chocolate nougat, butterscotch, cinnamon and clove.
