Studio Italiano Prosecco Spumante

Studio Italiano's Prosecco Spumante is a dry, non-alcoholic sparkling wine from the hilly vineyards of Northern Italy, blended from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Glera grapes. It's Kolonne Null's Italian line, vegan and naturally additive-free. The grapes are picked early to make a lighter wine with fine, persistent bubbles, lively acidity, and layers of yellow fruit, ripe pear, and citrus, with a soft hint of oak from aging partly in large barrels. Dry and easy-drinking, with almond notes running underneath the fruit. Good on its own or alongside a light meal, cheese, or anything you'd usually reach for a glass of Prosecco to go with.
