16-Week Baseball & Softball Developmental Course Ages 8–13 • Thursdays • 90 Minutes Per Week Every great player is built through repetition, confidence, and quality instruction—not just games. The Fielder’s Choice 16-Week Developmental Course is designed to help young baseball and softball players develop the skills they need to become more confident athletes while having fun in a positive, encouraging environment. Over sixteen weeks, players will work on every major part of the game through age-appropriate instruction and engaging practice sessions. Rather than focusing on winning today, our goal is to help each athlete become a better player for years to come. Throughout the course, players will develop: Hitting mechanics and confidence at the plate Throwing fundamentals and arm strength Fielding technique and defensive awareness Footwork and athletic movement Base running and game situations Softball and baseball IQ Communication, teamwork, and sportsmanship Confidence through consistent repetition Every class is different, keeping players engaged while reinforcing the fundamentals that lead to long-term success. Our experienced coaches create an environment where players are encouraged to ask questions, work hard, make mistakes, and improve every week.
