This robust semi-automatic tyre changer features a sideways rotating mounting arm, allowing it to operate in compact spaces while handling standard steel wheels and large custom alloy rims. The BP818 is equipped with an integrated pneumatic helper arm to assist with mounting and demounting stiff sidewalls, low-profile tyres and run-flat tyres. The stop-move control pedals allow precise chuck jaw positioning for easier rim clamping. Designed and engineered in Europe, the BP818 combines a semi-automatic swing arm, super-duty electric motor, pneumatic helper arm and 4-jaw pneumatic clamping system to support efficient tyre changing in busy workshop environments.
