Vintage Hudson Bay Blanket Tote

This beautiful one of a kind tote is made from a vintage Hudson Bay blanket, using repurposed horse tack from an English saddle for all the leather straps. Vegetable tanned leather was used to reinforce the bottom. All these features makes this tote truly unique and one of a kind! It also features a fully lined interior with a large open pocket as well as a zipper pocket that is roomy enough to fit your wallet and other valuables. Dimensions are approximately: 14" H x 13" W x 4" D. We get most of our vintage horse tack from a local non profit, Skagit Animals In Need (SAIN). SAIN's mission is to prevent and respond to animal cruelty and neglect primarily in support of law enforcement. They hold an annual tack sale fundraiser every June, donate your used tack to SAIN and it might just end up becoming a beautiful one of a kind bag!
