A new-world amaro made with organically grown Hawke’s Bay Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay fortified and infused with cinchona bark, rhubarb root and saffron along with oranges and figs from our very own garden. Enjoy as an aperitif over ice with tonic or soda or as a digestif served neat, ice cold. Only 100 bottles made.
