Vegetable Fermentation Workshop — Sat 12th September | 10:30AM - 2:00PM

Join Mangaroa Farm and Hella Coenen for this hands-on vegetable fermentation workshop where you'll learn the art of making small quantities of different krauts at home, followed by a shared meal together. This is a practical, get-your-hands-dirty kind of day where you'll discover the simple magic of fermentation and take home the skills to keep your kai alive with good bacteria. You'll make and take home 3 different jars of vegetables to ferment at home, enjoy a shared meal where you can taste a variety of krauts, kombucha and sourdough bread, and be provided with starters, a detailed handout and recipes to continue your fermentation journey.
