TPD Classics CUSTOMLINE Door Panels are tooled specifically for these early doors, replacing perished factory boards with precision-molded ABS built for real-world use. Designed and manufactured in the USA, CUSTOMLINE panels bridge the gap between plain reproduction door cards and full custom interior work. This set is built exclusively as an upholstery-ready design. Each panel ships with two separate inserts, upper and lower, so you can finish them in whatever material and color your build calls for. Run a single hide across both for a clean monochrome look, or split them for two-tone. The molded center contour that separates the two zones does the styling work, so a straightforward wrap job still reads as a finished custom interior. The inserts are offset to accept the thickness of most automotive and marine vinyl and seat snugly into their recesses. A light pattern of silicone dots on the back is all that's needed to hold them in place, and relief holes in the panel let you push an insert out from behind if you decide to change materials later. We recommend test-fitting a scrap of your material before you commit, since heavier leathers may exceed the available offset. Each CUSTOMLINE panel is laser-measured and CAD-engineered for consistent fitment across the entire production run, preserving correct proportions and factory mounting locations. The molded ABS construction resists the warping, cracking, and moisture damage that destroyed the original fiberboard panels, and the panels are fully paintable if you'd rather color-match the frame than leave it in textured black.
