Tagliatelle with Caramelised Leeks & Parmesan Cream

Our tagliatelle with caramelised leeks and Parmesan cream is rich, silky and full of flavour. We slowly cook the leeks until beautifully soft and sweet, before folding them through a creamy Parmesan sauce. Tossed with ribbons of fresh tagliatelle, the sauce clings perfectly to every strand. Finished with plenty of aged Parmesan, it’s a simple, comforting dish that lets a handful of great Italian ingredients do all the talking.
