Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster | Aged Cherry Sunburst

This 2008 American Deluxe Strat pairs an ash body with Aged Cherry Sunburst, a rosewood fingerboard and abalone dots, with the pearloid guard completing a very appropriately mid-2000s Fender look. The transparent finish leaves plenty of the ash visible, and this particular body has some seriously nice grain running through it. The Deluxe treatment goes beyond cosmetics, with Samarium Cobalt Noiseless pickups, S-1 switching, locking tuners, a two-point tremolo and Fender’s contoured neck heel. It’s a Strat through and through, just with a few more tricks up its sleeve than the traditional recipe.
