Sept 17th | 11:00 AM- 2:00 PM $125.00 (Supplies Included) Class Description: Master the art of making sweet and savory croissants in this hands-on baking class. You’ll learn the fundamentals of laminated dough, shaping techniques, and how to create perfectly flaky croissants with a variety of delicious fillings. Finish the class by baking and enjoying your freshly made sweet and savory croissants while gaining the skills to recreate them at home. Class Cancellations & Transfers: Cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to custom@nycakeacademy.com at least 3 days before the scheduled class. Requests made less than 3 days before class, including same-day cancellations, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer, and full tuition will be forfeited. Late Arrival Policy: Students must arrive on time. Anyone arriving more than 20 minutes late will not be admitted due to safety and instructional concerns and will forfeit their tuition without a refund, credit, or transfer. Age Requirement: Students must be 14 years or older to attend any class not specifically designated as a Family Class. No Walk-Ins: Advance registration is required. Walk-ins and walk-in makeup sessions cannot be accommodated due to the preparation required for ingredients, equipment, instructor assignments, and individual workstations. Limited Class Sizes: Class sizes are intentionally limited to provide a personalized, hands-on experience. Once a class is full, no additional students can be accommodated. NY Cake Academy classes are held in our Manhattan flagship at 118 W 22nd St. All supplies and materials included, but if you require any special accommodations please don't hesitate to contact us at custom@nycakeacademy.com. Our classes are hands-on, interactive experiences. So, please dress accordingly. We recommend wearing casual clothing that you won’t mind getting a little sugar on, and flat comfortable shoes. Open toed shoes and sandals are not recommended as this is a safety concern when working within a kitchen. Long hair should be tied back.
