Originally released in 2000, Voodoo is the second studio album from D'Angelo and one of the defining records of the neo-soul movement. Created during an extraordinary period of collaboration at New York's Electric Lady Studios, the album blends soul, funk, R&B, jazz and hip hop into a deep, loose and unmistakably organic sound. Featuring classics including "Untitled (How Does It Feel)", "Devil's Pie", "Left & Right" and "Send It On", Voodoo is built around hypnotic grooves, layered vocals and remarkably intricate musicianship.
